“Breaking the Silence,” is a crucial initiative aimed at addressing the sensitive and urgent issue of child protection from sexual offences. The event focuses on the POCSO Act (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act), which is designed to combat and prevent crimes such as sexual assault, harassment, and child pornography. The seminar aims to empower individuals and institutions to take action against such crimes.

The seminar is being organized as a joint initiative by: Manoscope – A dedicated organization working towards mental health and social awareness; Human Rights Council of India – A prominent body advocating for human rights and legal justice.
