‘Guthlee Ladoo’ has been making headlines in the media ever since the release of its trailer. Based on social issues like the right to education and discrimination, the film's actors Sanjay Mishra, child artist Dhanay Seth, and the creative producer Anil Akki addressed the media at a press conference in Delhi.
In Bollywood, where
films often provide entertainment, there is a growing trend of movies
addressing social issues and problems, earning the love of the audience. Sanjay
Mishra stars in a prominent role in ‘Guthlee Ladoo’, a film that focuses on
critical societal issues such as discrimination and the right to education. In
the film, Sanjay plays the role of a school principal who becomes the central
character in Guthlee’s fight for his educational rights.
The motion poster
of the film, released on social media, has garnered significant attention. ‘Guthlee
Ladoo’, produced by Pradeep Rangwani under the banner of UV Films and directed
by Ishrat R Khan, is a courageous step toward social change. It is scheduled to
release in theatres on October 13.
Sanjay said. “While
the world talks about going to the moon and Mars on one hand, on the other
hand, we are making films based on significant social issues such as the right
to education and discrimination because these issues deeply affect our society.
Guthlee Ladoo is a reflection of the struggles and dreams that many people
encounter on their journey. It's not just the story of a child named Guthlee;
it's about addressing issues and contributing to the betterment of society.
Creative producer
Anil Akki emphasized, "Guthlee Ladoo aims to convey the message that a teacher
brings about a revolution in society through education. This film challenges
societal norms and prejudices. It is a story of determination and friendship,
shedding light on the obstacles faced by communities on the margins while
pursuing education."
