With a vision to enhance employability and to upskill employable youth, Genius Foundation, the CSR arm of Genius Consultants Ltd has collaborated with the Electronic Sector Skills Council of India (ESSCI). Under this collaboration training and coaching for the development of skills amongst various employable workers will be imparted. To initiate this endeavour an MoU was signed by Genius Consultants Ltd and ESSCI at the inauguration of the Training & Entrepreneurship Development Training Programme in the presence of RP Yadav, Chairman & Managing Director, Genius Consultants Ltd., Piyush Chakraborty, Vice President, ESSCI, Bikram Das, State Engagement Officer, NSDC, and Abhijit Chatterjee, Chairman, Asecensive Educare Ltd on December 17 in the city. 

The day also saw engaging panel discussions on topics like empowering micro-entrepreneurship and leveraging CSR activities for enhancing livelihoods, skills, and promotion and more.

Genius Consultants Ltd. will be setting up training centres across West Bengal to train people for sustainable livelihood generation and to encourage them to become entrepreneurs. They will be lending their assistance in recruiting these workers as per requirement. Training will be imparted in various technical fields like mechanics, computers, electrical, automotive and many more. Genius Consultants will be deploying Rs. 20 lakhs to help upskill various workers registered under NSDC. They will also be setting up a designated team that will be identifying and helping many such workers who may benefit from these training programmes. 

RP Yadav said, "We are extremely elated to announce our partnership with ESSCI working toward sustainable employment generation and inclusive growth. We will be facilitating various training programmes that are in demand and help people to be industry-ready or start their own business.”

He added, “We truly believe that, with proper training, guidance, and skill development, we can make a huge impact and improve the livelihoods of numerous people. By providing skills, we not only empower workers but are also strengthening the structure and foundation of our economy by increasing productive and employable workforce to make India self-reliant."
