SALUTATION was a deeply moving, thoughtfully
curated evening held on December 12 at Phoenix Hall, Saturday Club. It was
presented by Eastern Creatives & JSR Eventers, with Creative Management by
Cinema for a Cause.
The heart of the evening belonged to the senior
inmates of Divine Home, who walked hand in hand with Manjeer’s Dancers, sharing
life stories filled with resilience, wisdom, and grace. Their journeys unfolded
beautifully through movement, memory, and emotion—set against the soulful songs
and soothing melodies of Morning Melodies.
Adding depth to the evening was a compelling
thought-sharing session addressing a critical concern of our times—the
shrinking attention span of audiences for films and audio-visual content.
Eminent filmmakers and mental health experts came together to share insights,
reflections, and responsibilities in shaping mindful storytelling for the
future.
SALUTATION stood as a reminder that stories matter,
elders matter, and meaningful art has the power to heal, connect, and inspire.
