Sangram Singh, being a true soul from the heartlands, believes in personally working on each of his wedding requirements, keeping in mind his family and Payal Rohatgi families and ensuring that no small details are missed.

At the same time, the Commonwealth wrestling champion who has made India proud finds time for doing what he loves most -- exercise.

"Today, we have moved from playing in the fields to virtual reality even when it comes to games. Our lives have become sedentary. And that is causing weight gain, obesity and severe health issues.
"We hardly take out the time to spend our energy when we are awake. Think of the amount of time we spend in front of our mobile or television screens,  lying down, slouching or just talking to someone for hours on end. Or simply driving or travelling in a car from one place to another. Elevators have taken the place of stairs, and life has become cocooned."
Sangram says it is time to break this chain and start with 10000 steps a day, one step at a time. Soon you will be enjoying the process of sweating it out. Sangram shares the secret of his positivity and happiness. " If there is anything I have learnt about sweating it out, it is this. That sweating makes me happy. It will make you happy too.   Sweating is a full-body experience that helps you release endorphins and other “happy neurotransmitters,” including dopamine, norepinephrine, and serotonin in the brain. In simple words, these neurotransmitters result in positive functions and positive body and mind responses making you happy. And of course, you look good, feel good both inside and outside when you love your body and make time for it."
A look at Sangram Singh's latest pictures and the chiselled body look video and radiant smile is proof enough...
