Kolkata Centre for Creativity, a multidisciplinary art space in collaboration with Acting Shastra will be organizing a workshop called Indian Method In Acting, by renowned theatre director and playwright Prasanna. This workshop is for actors who are into Theatre, Television, Cinema, or any other field of acting. The primary aim of the workshop is to help actors/performers refine their skills as well as understand individual strengths and enhance the same. The workshop will be held from 17th August – 22nd August 2022, 9:00 am – 2:30 pm at KCC. This acting workshop is conceptualized to train emerging and aspiring actors of India and equip the students with the required skill sets to imbibe the core strength as portrayed in Prasanna’s book “Indian Method in Acting”; and utilize the same in their practice to reach even higher and perform beyond boundaries.
