The theme of International Yoga Day this year 2022 is "Yoga for Humanity" and around 25 crore people across the world took part in various events, doing yoga in unison towards better health and wellness for all. Actually, Yoga is a way of life and it deals with the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being of an individual and society.
Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT), WB was also a part of the celebrations worldwide. The programme organized at the Haringhata Campus was inaugurated by Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Saikat Maitra. Prof. Maitra encouraged everybody to practice Yoga.
