The Artemist, an art consultation platform catering to art requirements for homes, offices, hospitality, and events, celebrated held its 5th-anniversary celebrations over 3 days last week from October 21 to 23. The Open Studio was an open call to all art enthusiasts to explore, create and indulge in art, as over 250 artworks by over 100 creative talents, both upcoming and renowned, were on display. The start-up by Aradhana Dalmia, herself an accomplished artist, its aim is to deal in art that is non-mainstream but is solely dependent on the kind of creative skills found in abundance in West Bengal which unfortunately doesn’t get a platform.

A wide range of artworks was curated like paintings, wall murals, sculptures, installations on watercolours, oils, mixed media, pastels, acrylics, gouache to name a few with prices ranging from Rs 1,500 to Rs 30 lakhs. “I believe that art is for everyone so I made sure that it is affordable,” said Anuradha adding that over the years she has built a close relationship with her clients, transforming their spaces, both personal and office with art.
