Bollywood actor Rehal Khan is soon going to star in a Bollywood film titled ‘IPL: Untold Story’ alongside Yami Gautam. Directed by Amit K Sarraf, the film will also feature Rajpal Yadav, Rishabh Sarraf, Rajesh Sharma, Vipin Sharma and Darshan Jariwal. The makers haven’t revealed many details about the project yet. But as per the sources, the shooting will begin in October this year. The makers are aiming for a 2022 release. 

Yami got married to Aditya Dhar, the director of Uri: The Surgical Strike a few days ago in an intimate traditional ceremony. She is currently on a break to enjoy this phase of a newly-wedded bride. Meanwhile, Rehal will soon commence the shooting of his web-series called ‘Com-Pro’ for Disney+Hotstar. Apart from Rehal, the 10-episodic series will feature Pallavi Kulkarni, Ayaz Khan, Sudhakar Mishra, Ragini Chourasia and Mahi Khan. We can expect it to come out later this year. Amit K Sarraf will be directing this web-series as well. 

Rehal made his Bollywood debut as a lead actor in 2014 with the Hindi feature film ’18.11: A Code Of Secrecy’ also starring Gulshan Grover, Prem Chopra and Mukesh Tiwari. Rehal was widely appreciated for his brilliant action sequences in the film. ‘Allah Teri Kya Shaan Hai’, a beautiful Sufi song was even nominated for the Music Mirchi Award in 2015.  He has also hosted a few reality shows and is recognized as North-East India’s youth icon.

Rehal originally hails from Dhubri, Assam. He began his acting career in 2004 with the Assamese film ‘Juman Suman’. He has also done a few music videos. With a film alongside Yami and his OTT debut with ‘Com-Pro’ on Disney+Hotstar, Rehal feels grateful for getting the right opportunities after years of struggle and is excited to work with director Amit on both the projects.
