Institute Pvt. Ltd. (HRIPL), one of India’s fastest-growing FMCG companies and

Vasmol, and Florozone, is pleased to announce the appointment of Saloni Sharma
as Head of Human Resources.
With more than 18 years of leadership experience
across large-scale conglomerates and high-growth startups, Saloni has built a
strong track record in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning &
Development, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Business Partnering. She has
successfully led people strategies for diverse workforces of 1,000+ employees,
driving organisational transformation, talent development, and inclusive
workplace practices.
In her most recent role as Head HR at LEAD School
(India’s largest School EdTech Unicorn), Saloni was instrumental in integrating
acquired businesses, embedding a ‘pay-for-performance’ culture, evangelising
values across people processes, building leadership capabilities, and
implementing AI-led engagement tools. Before this, she spent over a decade at
Godrej Consumer Products Ltd., where she spearheaded several HR initiatives,
including setting up new channels, redesigning talent management process, driving
talent retention and engagement for young talent, implementing
performance-based incentive structures, and pioneering D&I platforms such
as Manch for women in sales. She began her career with Essar Group, leading
global compensation and benefits at the corporate level.
A Chartered Accountant and an MBA (HR) from SCMHRD,
Saloni brings a unique blend of financial acumen and HR expertise that enables
her to align people strategy seamlessly with business outcomes.
