India reported 25,166 new cases of Covid-19 in the last 24 hours, the lowest in 154 days, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare said on Tuesday.
According to the Union Health Ministry, 437 persons have succumbed to the disease, while 36,830 more persons have recovered in the last 24 hours. Active cases have declined to 3,69,846, the lowest in 146 days.
The total cases till now are 3,22,50,679. While 3,14,48,754 persons have recovered from the disease, the death toll stands at 4,32,079. A total of 55,47,30,609 vaccine doses have been administered till date.
