Urvashi Rautela was recently seen intensely training for kickboxing with her trainer. She will join the club of actors who have trained to the extreme to become their counterparts. Urvashi is not only a versatile actress but also consistent when it comes to putting hard work in the gym, the actress even does hardcore pilates. she never backs down when it comes to trying out new things and, loves to explore all sides of herself giving her the push to always do better.
Urvashi posted a video on her Instagram where
she can be seen practising her kickboxing fiercely, she will go through
tremendous training for six months before shooting, as becoming an action
heroine takes time and requires an excruciating exercise program.
Urvashi will be soon seen in a women-centric
action film in which she has preferred to do her stunts on her own. It's a long
and intricate process to get to show off those muscles on screen, and Urvashi
is particularly known for her strict workout regimens. The actress will even
have to train until she got to peak strength, being stronger, faster, and more
agile than the average Olympic Gold medalist, it will consist of six hours a
day, including gym training, fight choreography, and horseback riding. Urvashi will
be also specially trained by Gal Gadot’s trainer Magnus Lygdback who has also
trained Alicia Vikander as Lara Craft, Mackenzie in Terminator, and many more,
he will be appointed to overlook keeping Urvashi mobile and uninjured, her diet
consists of good proteins, slow complex carbs, good fats, and lots of veggies.
Urvashi’s training style focuses more on elegant fighting rather than a sheer
show of strength.
On the work front, will be seen in the
upcoming movie “The Black Rose” and the Bollywood remake of Tamil super hit,
“Thiruttu Payale 2”. She will be making her Tamil debut with the legend
Saravanan in their upcoming mega-budget sci-fi film. She is also starring in
the web series “Inspector Avinash” alongside Randeep Hooda.
