SMC MedExpo 2025 an exhibition of modern healthcare & hospital equipment will be held from March 1 to 3 at Santiniketan Medical College & Hospital premises. To be held under the initiative of All Bengal Private Nursing Homes and Hospitals Owners Association and in collaboration with West Bengal Media Forum, modern health services and hospital equipment will be showcased at the event said Malay Peet, president of Santiniketan Medical College and convener of Med Expo'25 at a press conference at the Press Club on Tuesday, Also present were Sanjay Mukherjee, MD, SI Surgical, Sushant Bandyopadhyay, Advisor to the organizing organization, Abbasuddin Mollah, Treasurer of the organization, Syed Musharraf Hossain, Shankar Mandal, Convener of West Bengal Media Forum, and Nirjan Nandi. A poster was also launched on the occasion.
Aimed at promoting high-quality healthcare, SMC MedExpo 2025 will highlight breakthroughs in the field of medicine and inspire innovation in healthcare and will be a unique platform as a hub to showcase the latest medical technology. The inauguration will be on March 1, 2025, at 11 am in the presence of distinguished guests and health service experts.
Over 2,000 doctors and specialists, 150 health equipment manufacturers, and 100 pharmaceutical companies will be participating in the event. Patients will get the opportunity to consult directly with specialist doctors and learn about advanced treatments. Renowned liver transplant and cancer specialist Dr. Suresh Kumar Singhvi will be present on 1st & 2nd March.
The live exhibition will display the latest medical equipment and technology. Panel discussions of experts will discuss the role of AI, how it is changing diagnosis, patient care and hospital management.
