The 11th 90's actors reunion saw celebrities like Chiranjeevi, Rajkumar Rao, Sharath Kumar, Venkatesh, Arjun, Bhagyaraj, Naresh, Bhanuchander, Jackie Shroff, Suhasini, Khushboo, Ramya Krishnan, Lissy, Poornima, Radha, Ambika, Saritha, Sumalatha, Shobana, Revathy, Menaka, Poonam Dhillon, and Nadia in attendance. Mumbai stars joined for the first time included Padmini Kolhapure, Vidya Balan, Tina Munim Ambani, Meenakshi Seshadri, Madhoo, Anil Kapoor, Anupam Kher, Raj Babbar, and Shakti Kapoor.
Every year the 90's actors meet to celebrate friendship and camaraderie. The 10th-year reunion in 2019 was hosted by Chiranjeevi in his fabulous Hyderabad home. Nearly 40 stars from South India and Bombay attended that reunion. Due to the pandemic, after a gap of three years, they met this year in Mumbai.
This year was the first-ever reunion which was very passionately curated by Poonam Dhillon and Jackie shroff who felt the theme, decor and food should be Maharastrian. While initially the thought was to get the female stars dressed in Nau Vari, a 9-yards Maharastrian traditional sari and men also in Dhoti Topi etc , that didn't easily happen so Poonam managed to get them all in the look through a cut-out photo shoot after arranging Nathni and Bindi for women and Topis for men.
Snacks and food were thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated by all. The guests were welcomed with flowers, tikka, gajras, and traditional tutaria. The decoration was colorful Maharashtrian saris, a fisher boat with nets and oars. The highlight was the beautiful orange-grey decoration of balloons in a circle enclosing a vibrant Class of 90's sign where everyone took pictures and carried home a memory in form of a picture in the frame saying Class of 90's.
The date, location and venue were kept a secret from the public and media. The hosts, Poonam Dhillon and Jackie took great effort to prepare the venue in the theme colours and welcomed their guests. The get-together went on till the wee hours of the morning. The actors from the South performed for a beautiful medley with their talented dancers.
Poonam Dhillon organized games. It was a fun-filled evening where everyone totally and uninhibitedly participated by singing and dancing away from the normal camera and media glare.
