Kolkata, March 28: Cooking a dish is a reward in itself but the cleaning and washing up part which comes after this is a much hated chore, observed celebrity chef Kunal Kapoor. He was speaking at the launch of ITC’s NImeasy dishwash gel at Saturday Club recently. “This new dishwash gel with enzyme technology, challenges the thought behind dishwashing being a laborious activity. It believes in 'safai bina ghisai’ which encourages us all to cook and experiment more without worrying about the effort needed to scrub dishes.
