Tanishq, India’s largest jewellery retail brand from the house of TATA, unveiled its exquisite Pujo collection 'Aalo’. Named to evoke the essence of divine light, ‘Aalo’ symbolizes the radiance that graces the unwavering strength of Aishanis of Bengal, paying tribute to the spirit of Shakti embodied in every Bengali woman. This collection celebrates the divine aura of Maa Durga while paying homage to the intricate craftsmanship of Bengal's artisans. Launched by renowned Bengali actress Mimi Chakraborty at an exclusive event in Taal Kutir, Kolkata on September 24, the collection captures the essence of the festival through beautifully crafted jewellery.
The Aalo collection showcases the brilliance of Tanishq's master karigars and Bengal’s traditional craftsmanship, featuring signature motifs such as Chaalchitra, Jaali, Nauka, and Palki. Each piece reflects the rich heritage of Bengal, incorporating traditional techniques such as Thokai Nakashi, Die-stamping, and Micro Filigree. In honour of the Pujo festivities, Tanishq is offering up to INR 475/-off* per gram on gold rate and up to 20% off on the value of diamond jewellery along with up to 100%* exchange value on old gold bought from any jeweller.
