Veteran actress Debasree Roy and Anupam Halder, Joint Commissioner of Revenue, Govt of West Bengal, released two albums of Kushal Chatterjee at the Press Club on Saturday, July 27.
Released under the name of Virtually Real Music ‘Guru Pranam’ is a tribute to Lalan Fakir on the completion of the 250th birth anniversary of the legendary folk singer in Oct 2022. The other is ‘Project Lockdown’ where Kushal has sung on how people dealt with isolation and work from home for 2 years. The album is the result of collaboration with other artists in the US and India. Both albums have five songs each.
A California-based software engineer Kushal already has released two other music albums earlier. Kushal is passionate about music and sings from his heart to reach to his listeners across the two continents.
